How to enter: Submit your project photography featuring at least one SUPERIORE appliance to be entered to win!

One winner will be selected to win a trip for two to Italy, which will include a tour of the SUPERIORE factory and facilities, passes to EuroCucina 2018, plus airfare and accommodations! (See full details below.)

Some submission recommendations:

• Provide as much project detail as possible including geographical location of the installation, photographer credit, any other brands that need to be noted, etc.
• Projects must include a minimum of one (1) SUPERIORE appliance. Select any product(s) from any of the SUPERIORE collections. (Visit www.superiore.us OR www.superiore.ca o view all products)
• Please submit high res files

For the purposes of these guidelines, SUPERIORE may be called “Sponsor” and those who submit to the SNAP with SUPERIORE Project Photography Contest may be called “Designer.”

1. CONTEST PERIOD: Submissions for the SNAP with SUPERIORE Project Photography Contest will be accepted starting 9:00 AM EST on June 15, 2017 until 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2017.

2. TO SUBMIT: To submit for consideration, visit http://www.superiore.us/photocontest during the contest period and fill out the Contest submission form.

   Submissions are required to include:

   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Company name
   • Website
   • Social media links where applicable (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
   • List of SUPERIORE products featured in the submission (by name and model number)
   • City and state or province in which project was installed
   • Photographer credit

3. ENTRY LIMIT: Enter as many projects as you like during the specified time period for consideration. If you enter more than one project, please ensure you use only one (1) unique email address for all project submissions.

4. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest, you must be a designer working in either the United States or Canada. Contest is not open to the province of Quebec.

5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Each Designer warrants and represents that any entry (inclusive of both the design and description) he/she submits:

   • has been created by him/her:
   • does not violate any law;
   • does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties unless consent has been obtained from each such individual;
   • will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims whatsoever;
     and
   • is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not
     contain, depict, include, or involve, without limitation, any of the following: commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor; any identifiable third party, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor; conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

6. SELECTION PROCESS:

   One (1) winner of the Contest will be selected on the following criteria:

   • Visibility of SUPERIORE product in the design
   • Originality in design

   Odds of winning is contingent on the number of eligible entries received.

   If the Designer or potential successful project is found to be ineligible, the Contest prize will be transferred to another submitting Designer.

7. PRIZING

   One (1) winner will receive a “design inspiration” trip to Milan Italy, Monday April 16 to Friday, April 20, 2017 including:

   • Two (2) round-trip flights to Milan, Italy valued up to $4,000 USD (total)
   • Hotel accommodations for two (2) for four (4) nights valued up to $8,000 USD (total)
   • Transportation to and from the SUPERIORE factory in Gualtieri will be booked and paid for by the Sponsor
   • Two (2) passes to EuroCucina 2018

   Hotel and travel will be booked by the Sponsor. Transportation to and from the winner’s nearest airport will be the responsibility of the winner and will not be covered by the Sponsor.

8. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTENT

   SUPERIORE reserves the right to disqualify, delete, or edit the content of an entry, in its sole discretion, if SUPERIORE determines that the entry does not comply with the requirements of these Official Rules or with regulatory guidelines. You must own all rights in and to your entry. By submitting material, you grant SUPERIORE an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such material throughout the world in any media. You further agree that SUPERIORE is free to use any ideas, concepts, and/or know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to SUPERIORE. You grant SUPERIORE the right to use the name you submit in connection with such material, if they so choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate any provision herein and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SUPERIORE for all claims resulting from content you supply. SUPERIORE will have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the entries, and may use them in any media, whether or not associated with the Contest, without attribution or compensation to you (the entrant), to any individual depicted in the entry, your/his/her respective successors or assigns, or any other entity unless prohibited by law. The entry must not:

   • Contain material, images or content that violates or infringe another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.

   • Contain any ideas or content that you consider proprietary or that are proprietary to any other party.

   • Contain individuals, or images of any individual, item, or image, for which you do not have full authorization to use in connection with the entry.

   • Contain or feature anyone who is under the age of majority in their state.

   SUPERIORE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject and/or disqualify any entry, that SUPERIORE deems, in its sole discretion, to be, obscene, defamatory, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic, false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with its editorial standards, audience expectations, or reputational interests or that SUPERIORE believes may violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third party.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

   By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold SUPERIORE, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, demands, costs, expenses and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest, the entry process, or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

   SUPERIORE, its employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; computer transmissions, or for technical, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive registration information by SUPERIORE on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof.

10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    By participating in the Contest, the participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. These rules will be interpreted by SUPERIORE’s sole discretion, and all determinations made pursuant to these rules by SUPERIORE are final and binding.

    By accepting a prize, the winner grants SUPERIORE the right to use the winner’s name, voice, signature, video, photo and likeness for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

    All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. SUPERIORE may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change these rules or cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time and for any reason.

    SUPERIORE may terminate and permanently disqualify any participant who, in SUPERIORE’s sole discretion, determines as being in violation of the Official Rules. All decisions by SUPERIORE are final.

    The terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written.
